Adult Day Health CenterThe medically supervised Adult Day Health Center provides senior men and women with health care services, the social interaction and assistance necessary to remain independent while living at home.

The Center provides a variety of health, social, and other related support services in a protective setting during normal business hours five days a week.

We offer clients the following benefits:

  • Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy can be offered when ordered by a physician.
  • Activities, care routines, health and wellness based on ability and personal choice.
  • Case coordination of necessary care, transportation and services.
  • Helps impaired individuals who live alone and need support services to improve/maintain a level of independence.
  • Provides assistance to families and or caregiver for daytime respite care.
  • Prevents social isolation and allows the client to reconnect with others through social interaction.

The Adult Day Care Center is offered at The Wilkinson Residential Healthcare Facility's Route 30 campus.
