If you would like to pay your bill in-person we are located at 380 Guy Park Ave, in the Carondelet Pavilion, on the first floor.

Please note: If you are attempting to pay a bill for Broadalbin Perth Family Health, the Surgical Health Center or Amsterdam Family Practice, you will need to follow the instructions on your bill due to online bill pay not being an option for those sites of care.
