Regarding the Press Ganey Survey:

St. Mary’s Healthcare has recently partnered with Press Ganey to distribute surveys to our patients. These surveys help our healthcare ministry to continually improve the safety, quality, and experience of patient care.

Who will receive a survey:

Patients who receive care at St. Mary’s Healthcare are selected at random to receive a survey. If a patient is selected, they will get a survey after their visit with us.

How will a patient receive a survey:

Patients may get the survey by text message, email, or regular mail.

What questions does Press Ganey ask?

Questions asked will vary based on the information we are looking to receive at any given time. With selections ranging numerically from very poor to very good, each question prompts a specific level of care during your visit at St. Mary’s Healthcare. The survey will conclude with a comment section where you can include additional thoughts, questions, or concerns.

How often will I receive the surveys?

Press Ganey will not send you countless emails and communications. Even if you have a medical situation that requires multiple visits in a short period of time, Press Ganey surveys can only be sent to patients every 90 days. If you have comments or concerns you would like to bring to our attention and it has not been 90 days since your previous visit, please feel free to contact us by clicking the link below.

Our patient surveys will never ask you for sensitive information such as your Social Security number, passwords, bank or credit card numbers.
