In accordance with our Mission and Values, St. Mary's Healthcare is committed to caring for all people regardless of their ability to pay, with special attention to those who are poor and vulnerable. No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay. There is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available for those who are eligible. St. Mary's offers financial counseling and assistance to help address any financial concerns patients or families may have regarding their care. Our financial assistance policies, which can be found on this page, reflect St. Mary's dedication to working together with our patients in a compassionate and caring manner to identify options for resolving their financial obligations.
If you have no insurance, you may contact our Enrollment Specialist, free of charge, to see if you may be eligible for a health insurance plan such as Medicaid, Child Health Plus, or Family Health Plus. Eligibility is determined based on family size and income level.
If you are unable to pay your hospital bills, St. Mary's Healthcare offers a Financial Assistance Program, which may help to reduce part or your entire bill. In order to help you, the Financial Counselor will need you to provide detailed financial information. The Counselors need this information to complete the assistance form. All information and discussions are strictly confidential.
