What is the Employee Assistance Program (EAP)?
EAP is a short-term counseling and referral resource for members who might be experiencing personal or work related problems. It can also function as an effective management tool for company supervisors who may suggest or mandate services based on an employee’s behavior or performance. Our philosophy is to provide professional and confidential direction for any problem before it affects an employee’s health, well-being or job performance. Production of policies and procedures, supervisory training, follow-up and in-services are all components of a comprehensive program that is customized in a variety of different service models to meet your company or individual needs.
