Your Voice Matters: Understanding the Press Ganey Survey

At St. Mary’s Healthcare, we are committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care—and that means listening to the people we serve. One of the ways we gather feedback is through the Press Ganey survey, a trusted tool used by healthcare organizations across the country.

What is the Press Ganey Survey?

The Press Ganey survey is a confidential questionnaire sent to patients after their visit to St. Mary’s. It asks about your experience with our staff, communication, cleanliness, responsiveness, and overall care.

The goal is simple: to understand what we’re doing well and where we can improve.

How Are Surveys Collected?

If you recently received care at St. Mary’s, you may receive a survey by mail, email, or text message—usually within a few days of your visit. Patient selection is randomized, participation is completely voluntary, and your responses are confidential. Whether you were here for a hospital stay, primary or specialty practice appointment, or outpatient service, such as lab or imaging, your feedback is welcome and valued.

If Press Ganey emails you, the email address will be from noreply@patients.pgsurveying.com.

If Press Ganey texts you, this is what the text will look like:
