Nichole Santiago, FNP-BC

Nichole received her AAS Nursing Degree from Fulton Montgomery CC, her BS Nursing Degree from Russel Sage College in Albany, NY and MS Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner Degree from Sage Graduate School in 2013. Nichole resides in Fort Johnson NY with her husband and son. In addition to enjoying seeing patients of all ages she enjoys spending time with her husband and their 3 children and 2 grandchildren.
