Located on St. Mary's Hospital Memorial Campus on Route 30, the Wilkinson Center is the area's most complete long-term care facility. The 160-bed skilled nursing facility offers a full range of services in a caring, residential setting designed to meet the physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs of each resident.
The Wilkinson Center has a special wing exclusively for patients with dementia, Alzheimer's disease or other brain disorders.

160 Skilled Nursing Beds In our facility overlooking the Mohawk Valley, our rooms are bright and cheerful with skilled nurses available 24 hours a day.
Full Range of Rehabilitation Services Our facility offers a broad program of rehabilitation services including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology, all directed toward maintaining or improving the physical and functional capabilities or our residents.

We are committed to meeting the long-term care needs of residents of Wilkinson RHCF, as well as assisting people in returning to their homes through sub-acute rehabilitation whenever possible.
Daily Recreational Activities Provided seven days a week, daily activities include religious services, ceramics, cooking groups, crafts and hobbies, pet therapy, live entertainment, games, music, and parties.
Family Oriented Atmosphere We welcome families to join in the activities, especially the evening parties and other special events. Family conferences are held a few weeks after admission and whenever the need arises to discuss aresident's needs and plans of care.
Transportation Door-to-door transportation to and from the center is available. The transportation service allows individuals who need physical assistance and/or who are wheelchair-bound to leave the isolation of their home and join a group setting.
