Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor - Evenings (Sign-On Bonus)

The RN Supervisor for St. Mary’s Wilkinson Nursing Home will work with the care team to oversee and coordinate staffing and the implementation of clinical objectives in their assigned area. This is a key nursing position designed to continue the education, leadership, and development of resident care at Wilkinson. This position also offers an evening shift differential, starting wage that is based on the applicant’s experience, and a sign-on bonus of $5K. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Evenings (Sign-On Bonus)

The LPN position at St. Mary’s Wilkinson Nursing Home will provide bedside care to residents under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) and/or physician, functioning within scope of their license. This position will be administering medications as well as observing and monitoring residents for any change in medical condition. Our LPNs at Wilkinson will be the primary point to educate residents/families about their loved one’s disease treatment plan including self-care post discharge, holistic health needs, available resources and follow up care. They also hold the key role in resident safety by identifying safety hazards and emergency situations and initiates corrective action as appropriate. This position also offers an evening shift differential, starting wage that is based on the applicant’s experience, and a sign-on bonus of $3K.
