Community Outreach

St. Mary’s is proud to reach out to help improve the health of our community. Our outreach includes but is not limited to educational seminars, support groups, health screenings, health insurance enrollment, participation at community events and partnership opportunities. For more information about these services and up-to-date community health reports, please call (518) 841-7448.

Education Programs

St. Mary’s provides a variety of programs to assist our community in taking control of their health by providing education and support on a variety of health and wellness topics. For a complete schedule of events, please click here.

Support groups are created by people who provide a warm, welcoming, safe environment for others to find hope and inspiration from people who have "been there". The support groups also serve as educational resources, discussion forums, builders of coping skills and personal support. There is no "sign up" needed or fee for attendance; please feel free to attend any of the groups listed below.

Should you have any questions regarding these or other support groups related to health and wellness, please feel free to call the St. Mary’s Community Outreach Office directly at (518) 841-7448.
