Direct Patient Care
Registered Nurse Positions:
  • Emergency Department – up to $30,000**
  • Float Pool – up to $30,000**
  • Acute Care Unit – up to $30,000**
  • Inpatient Behavioral Health Unit – up to $30,000**
  • Skilled Nursing Facility – up to $30,000**
  • Intensive Care Unit – up to $30,000**
  • Endoscopy  – up to $30,000**

 

LPN Positions:
  • Long Term Care – $5,000
  • Acute Care Units – $7,500
  • Operating Room or Endoscopy – $7,500

 

Laboratory Positions:
  • Medical Lab Technologists – $25,000
  • Medical Lab Technician – $10,000
  • Phlebotomist – $3500
  • Lead Phlebotomist – $3,500

 

Medical Imaging Positions:
  • CT Technologist – $7,500
  • Lead Nuclear Medicine – $10,000
  • Nuclear Medicine Technologists – $5,000
  • Ultrasound Technologist – $10,000

 

Patient Care Positions:
  • Respiratory Therapists – $15,000
  • Surgical Techs/Surgical LPNs – $7,500
  • Endoscopic Technician – $7,500
  • CNAs Long Term Care – $5,000
  • CNAs (ER or Acute Care units) – $5,000
  • Patient Care Tech (ER or Med Surg units) – $2,500
  • Addiction Counselors/Substance Abuse – $5,000
  • Behavioral Health Therapist – $5,000
  • Registered Dietitian – $2,500

 


*The amounts shown are for full time positions (.8-1.0 fte). Amounts are pro-rated for part time openings. Sign on incentives are not applicable to PRN openings. Contact St. Mary’s Recruitment Office at (518) 841-3803 for program details and conditions of participation.

** RNs with 3 or more years of acute care experience applying for these positions are eligible to receive a sign on bonus up to $30,000. RNs with less than 3 years of acute care experience are eligible to receive a sign on bonus up to $15,000.
