Physical Therapy and Other Rehabilitation Services
The goal of St. Mary’s Rehabilitation Services is to help patients achieve their goals and independence, effectively and compassionately. Whether you are dealing with pain, limited in your functional mobility, recovering from injury or illness, or challenged with communication and swallowing issues, we can provide the quality, highly skilled care you need.

Inpatient Therapy Services
While recovering from surgery or some other medical event, St. Mary’s inpatient therapy services may be indicated as part of your hospital stay. Our highly trained therapists work in collaboration with your care team to promote early mobilization, self-care skills, and improve endurance so you may return home as soon as possible.
Outpatient Rehabilitation
St. Mary’s offers Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy in our Outpatient Rehabilitation clinic located in the Mohawk Valley Medical Arts Building on Route 30 in Amsterdam, NY. Your therapist will develop a customized plan of care with you to help meet your specific needs and goals.
Physical Therapy
Our physical therapy staff are highly skilled in applying targeted exercises, performing manual therapy, helping patients heal from injury, regain movement and balance, or overcoming the issues caused by a variety of medical conditions. Our Physical Therapy services include:

Speech Therapy
