The Open Gym Program at St. Mary's Hospital was established to accommodate individuals who wish to increase their upper and/or lower body strength in a supervised, non-threatening environment. Each Program is customized according to each person's tolerance and requirements and is updated accordingly.

This Program, offered through the Physical Rehabilitation Department, utilizes state-of-the-art equipment used for resistance training and conditioning. Experienced therapy staff are available to supervise and assist at all sessions.

Our professional staff is licensed, Courteous and experienced. They are always available to assist and answer any questions.

  • Hours - Monday and Wednesday - 7:30 - 11:30

  • Duration - An individual's session runs from 30 - 60 minutes
  • Cost - $40 for 8 Sessions or $325 annually
