The Butt Stops Here© is an award-winning 4-week program that has helped thousands to quit smoking, and other tobacco products! The group support, facilitator-led program consists of four one-hour sessions and includes a workbook. With a switch to virtual presentations, the program is now easier than ever to join, and is open to all St. Mary’s Associates and to the community.
