Cancer Services Screening Program of Fulton, Montgomery, and Schenectady Counties

The Cancer Services Program of Fulton, Montgomery, and Schenectady Counties provides FREE breast, cervical, and colorectal cancer screening tests for eligible, uninsured or underinsured men and women. The following services are provided:

Screening Mammograms and Clinical Breast Exams

• Women over age 40
• Women under age 40 at high risk for breast cancer*

Cervical Cancer Screening and Pelvic Exams

• Women over age 40

Fecal Immunochemical Test Kits

• Men and women over age 50 who are at average risk for colorectal cancer

Screening Colonoscopy

• Men and women who are at elevated risk for colorectal cancer

*As determined by a clinical risk assessment performed and documented by a NYS licensed provider, per CSP protocol

The program also provides free case management services for diagnostic follow-up procedures.  Men and women diagnosed with breast, cervical, colorectal, or prostate cancer may be eligible for full Medicaid coverage through the Medicaid Cancer Treatment Program.
