Services:Occupational Medicine

The goal of the Occupational Medicine Program is to work with local businesses, governments and law enforcement agencies to keep employees healthy and workplaces safe.

 

The Occupational Medicine Program has a full-time staff that works exclusively with occupational medicine clients, including a medical director who is board certified in occupational medicine. 

 

The program uses a comprehensive approach to: prevent and treat work-related injuries, reduce workers' compensation costs for businesses and helps to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, such as the Federal Occupational Health and Safety Administration. 

 

Screening Services Available:

  • Drug and alcohol testing
  • Blood pressure
  • Tuberculosis
  • Hearing tests
  • Hazardous waste handler and asbestos handler assessments

 

Other Services:

  • On-the-job injury prevention, assessment and treatment.
  • Flu vaccines
  • Pre and post employment physicals
  • Ergonomic assessments
