Our team of Registered Dietitians works closely with your doctors, nurses and other members of your healthcare team to provide nutrition
care and education. The Food and Nutrition Services Staff provides you with attractive, nutritious meals of high quality. Meals are prepared taking into consideration the special dietary restrictions you may have due to your physical or medical condition.
In the event you would like food not found on our menu, our Dietetic Technicians can assist you in selecting meal items which you will enjoy within the dietary restrictions set by your doctor and healthcare team.
The Registered Dietitian or Dietetic Technician will provide diet education depending on your dietary restrictions and education needs.

A Dietetic Technician visits patients daily to assist with food & beverage selections and to obtain food preferences. Patients on Maternity, St. Joseph's Hall and St. Dymphna fill out a weekly menu and a list of alternate choices will be provided.

Acute Care Patients are provided a menu from which to choose selections.
Visitor Dining (both campuses) - Visitors may dine with you in your room for an additional charge. Please let your server or your nurse know if you would like guest trays delivered to your room. Meals are also available to your guests in our cafeterias at both Campuses.

- Lunch 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m.
- Dinner 4:45 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Memorial Campus Physical Rehab

- Lunch 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m.
- Dinner 4:45 p.m. - 6 p.m
Nutrition Care by Registered Dietitians
Registered Dietitians (RD) provide services that include a nutrition assessment and planned interventions for patients identified having nutrition risk. In collaboration with the physician, the interventions are based on evidenced-based best practice. RD follow-up care at the Diabetes & Nutrition Education Center is also available after discharge by appointment and referral from your physician (518-841-3717). (Click here to learn more)
Cafeteria and Vending Machines - Visitors are always welcome!
Hospital Campus - The Cafeteria is open 7 days per week from 6:30 am until 7pm. Sandwiches, snacks and beverages are available throughout the day and in vending machines. Vending machines are located in the Emergency Room entrance hallway, adjacent to cafeteria, 3rd floor Behavioral Health and 4th floor waiting area.
Breakfast 6:30 am - 10:00 am
Lunch 11:00 am - 1:30 pm
Dinner 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Cafeteria is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm The Breakfast and Lunch hours are the same as above.
Vending is available with sandwiches, snacks and beverages. Machines are located in the cafeteria, on the 3rd floor and in the nursing home lobby.
