Phase II

For patients with stable angina or following a heart attack, open-heart surgery, valve repair or replacement, or angioplasty

• Exercise sessions with telemetry monitoring designed specifically for Cardiac Rehabilitation.
• Dietary consultation, initial assessment with follow-up visits.
• Education Classes (see list)
• Covered by most insurance companies

Phase III

For those patients removed from a cardiac event and/or those with multiple risk factors such as:

• Professionally supervised exercise with telemetry monitoring as needed
• Education Classes
• Private Pay - $60 for 13 visits
