Notice To All Supplier Representatives

In an effort to maximize internal efficiency, access to all Hospital's locations is restricted except as noted.

The only allowable exceptions are for supplier representatives who:

have been scheduled to provide a service or deliver a product.
have been scheduled to present a cost savings idea with an approved agenda.
are on the list of representatives who routinely provide a product or service. No "cold call" or unscheduled visits will be allowed.

Appointments will be scheduled based upon St. Mary's Hospital staff availability and the merits of the agenda.

St. Mary's Hospital at Amsterdam requires that all purchases be authorized by a Materials Management purchase order prior to the receipt of any goods or services. Goods or services delivered without an associated purchase order will be considered no-charge trial samples for which the supplier will not be compensated.
