Children's Mental Health Clinic -

The Children's Mental Health Clinic is located at 8 Northampton Road in Amsterdam, New York.  The clinic provides outpatient mental health services (diagnosis and treatment) for seriously emotionally disturbed children up to 18 years of age and their families who reside in Fulton, Montgomery and Hamilton counties.  Limited evening and Saturday appointments may be available upon request.  For information regarding the Children's Clinic, call 843-7520.

Intensive Case Management C&Y -

This program is intended to assist seriously and persistently mentally ill clients, under the age of 18 and their families, in gaining access to needed medical, psychiatric, social, and educational services in the community in order to avoid out of home placement. The C&Y Intensive Case Managers work in Montgomery and Fulton County.   More information for this program is available by calling 843-7520.

School based outpatient services -

Includes individual and group counseling as well as day treatment services at various school districts in Montgomery and Fulton counties.  For specific hours and locations, call the Clinic at 843-7520.

CCSI -

Coordinated Children's Services Initiative is a special program that strives to coordinate specialized assessment and treatment services for children in their homes and communities when several different agencies are involved in their care.

CHILD AND FAMILY CLINIC PLUS

Clinic Plus is a confidential, early recognition and intervention program operated locally by St. Mary's Hospital Children's Mental Health Center, in partnership with the New York State Office of Mental Health. Clinic Plus joins with families, early childhood providers, schools, primary care physicians and youth development programs to facilitate the early recognition of emotional issues, provide effective interventions, and promote the social and emotional wellness of children and families in New York State.  For more information, please call us at 518-843-7520.
