From The NYS Thruway

Get off thruway at Exit 27. Go through toll booth and bear right following Route 30N signs. At 2nd traffic light take a left onto Route 5 West. Stay on 5 for approximately 1.5 miles through Amsterdam. Take a Right at blue H sign which is Steadwell Avenue. Go two short blocks and take a Left and you will see St. Mary's on the right. Park in main lot.

From Route 5 West of Hospital
Drive onto Route 5 to Amsterdam
Take a left at light just before Train Station
Take a right onto Guy Park Avenue
Hospital is on your left.

From Route 5 East of Hospital
Drive onto Route 5 to Amsterdam
Continue to the right staying on Route 5
Go 2 miles on Route 5 heading toward Fonda
Follow the 'H' signs on Route 5 West to Steadwell Avenue
Turn right on Steadwell Avenue
Pass caution light on Division Street
Next caution light take a left on Guy Park Avenue
Hospital is on your right

From Route 30 North
Drive onto Route 30 North heading South to Amsterdam
Route 30 turns into Market Street
Continue down hill on Market Street
Take a right at the light at the bottom onto Guy Park Avenue
Continue for four miles on Guy Park Avenue
Hospital is on your right

From Route 30 South
Dive onto Route 30 S heading North to Amsterdam
Pass NY State Thruway toll booth
Cross river, stay in center lane
Pass Riverfront Center on right - public library on left
Take a left on Route 5 heading toward Fonda
Turn right on Steadwell Avenue
Pass caution light on Division Street
Next caution light take a left on Guy Park Avenue
Hospital is on your right
